The carbon monoxide alarm features an electrochemical sensor and is powered by 2 AAA-size 1.5V batteries (not included). It has a LED blue backlight digital display and provides alarm indications through the LCD display, sound, and light alerts.

The alarm has a standby current and an alarm current, with the alarm tone reaching 85 decibels. It operates in ambient conditions of 5°C to 40°C and 25% to 85% relative humidity. The detecting level range is 0 to 999 PPM, with an error of +/- 10%.

The dimensions of the alarm are 2.36 inches (L) x 2.36 inches (W) x 0.98 inches (H), and it weighs 80 grams.

When the alarm is powered on for the first time, it will display "888 PPM" on the LCD, sound the buzzer, and flash the red light, followed by a 10-second countdown. After the countdown, the LCD will turn off, and the alarm will enter a low-power monitoring state.

In the working state, the green LED will flash once every 15 seconds, indicating the alarm is in a normal state. When the alarm detects a CO concentration over 50 PPM, the LCD screen will light up, indicating the alarm has entered the alert state. If the CO concentration exceeds 300 PPM, the LCD screen will light up, the red LED will flash, and the alarm will sound, indicating it has entered the alarm state.

The LCD screen can display various messages: "Err" to indicate a unit malfunction, "Lb" to indicate a low battery and the need for replacement, and "999 PPM" to indicate a CO level over 999 PPM. If the CO level is less than 999 PPM but over 30 PPM, the actual concentration will be displayed.

When a dangerous level of carbon monoxide is detected, the red LED will flash, and a loud 85-decibel alarm will sound. The detector is battery-powered, making it portable and easy to install, unaffected by power outages, and can be placed anywhere.

The alarm uses advanced electrochemical sensors to accurately detect carbon monoxide levels and respond quickly to the first sign of danger. It is recommended to place one on every floor and in every bedroom of your home to ensure complete protection.

The alarm adheres to the following standards: 50 PPM, alert within 60 to 90 minutes; 100 PPM, alert within 10 to 40 minutes; and 300 PPM, alert within 3 minutes. When testing the detector, do not use gas to blow directly into the hole.
